Happy Thanksgiving
We need to thank our veterans. They fought the battles and bare the scars that have made our country free.
We need to thank our troops. Around the world and around the clock, these brave young men and women continue to serve and sacrifice for us.
We need to thank our leaders in public service as they give of their time in order to serve. Pray that God will lead them as they make the tough decisions that face our nation.
We need to thank our entrepreneurs. Even in these tough times, we have the greatest economy in the world because we have the most creative business leaders who create jobs for our country.
We need to thank our families. Family plays an important roll in raising our children and teaching them values. Whether you are celebrating the holiday with your family – or they are miles away – take time to tell them you appreciate them and you are thankful for them.
And finally, we need to thank our God. We should never forget that it’s not about us, it’s about Him.
Our family wishes you and yours a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

I am so very thankful to have received yoru Thanksgiving letter. Finally a politician who does not forget it truly is all about God - and I want to add that yes it is all about Him, and His sacrifice of His Son Jesus that we might have eternal life - I am not so sure I would have given up my child - how much He loves us and cares for us is beyond measure so that all may have a way to eternal life with our Lord.

Enjoyed your letter and the many thoughts and remembrances. You have my support, and I am telling everyone in my circle of influence about you. Your beliefs and commitments are a breath of fresh air. We need you in the Senate, and many more like you in Congress. It’s is all about “one at a time!”

This is the first time in 82 years I have received a Thanksgiving greeting from a politition. It’s also the first time
a candidate has stated, “It’s not about us, it’s about him.”
